Student Identification: SIU ID
Name ID: First two letters of student's last name.
PIN: 4-digit number printed in lower right-hand corner of 1098-T form.
If you do not have your PIN #, you will need to call Vangent Customer Service at (800) 223-0043 to have your PIN reset.
